1-girder bridge crane 3.2t / 16.9m. The crane is intended for material handling in a company that deals with the division of metallurgical materials. This manipulation requires fine and precise positioning of the materials to the cutting and machining machines. For this reason, the construction of the welded bridge of the crane is more rigid than is usual for these machines. The crane is equipped with the possibility of hanging a vacuum gripping device. The power supply to this gripper is provided by a cable reel drum produced by the company Hartmann&König type LT155. The lifting mechanism consists of a Stahl wire rope hoist type SH3008-20 4/1 L3. The hoist has a lifting speed regulated by pole switching. The speed of the crane is regulated by frequency convertor produced by Magnetek type IMPULSE® G+ Mini. The crane is controlled by the Magnetek FlexWave button remote controller. The installation of the crane was more demanding due to the small spaces for handling such a long device. In addition, the customer clearly defined the requirement that the floor of this new hall must not be soiled during assembly.
