Reconstruction of a bridge crane with a total capacity of 6.3t+6.3t. The total load capacity of 12.6t applies when using the traverse and the tandem mode of the hoist. If the loads are lifted by each hoist separately, the load capacity of the crane is 4t+4t. The crane was manufactured by Nopo Engineering and the current refurbishment included the replacement of the existing Stahl hoists with 2-stage lift control for hoists with lift control controlled by a frequency converter. New hoists were used again from the Stahl company (SHF 5016-40 4/1 L3) and the converters are from the Nord company (SK-200E series). This demanding reconstruction of the crane with tandem lift and operation of hoists I, II and I+II was carried out within 3 days. The next day, the crane was released again into the demanding production process.
