A bridge crane with a capacity of 20t and a span of 15m is used for handling castings, which are further processed by machining. The crane's electrical equipment was supplied by SAR, which supplied the crane to the end user. All crane speeds are controlled by frequency converters. A Stahl type SHF6050-32 4/1 L4 hoist is used as the lifting mechanism. . The lifting mechanism is equipped with multicontroller SMC22, which processes, registers and archives operating data, including displaying the remaining life of the mechanism. The end carriages are components manufactured by Stahl, type LT-40-4080US62078H0000-N. In the assignment, the operator already pointed to the considered high number of cycles, including the load rotation process, to which the crane will be subjected. Therefore, this bridge crane is designed for its individual requirements with increased stiffness of the bridges, larger wheel diameters, including their adjustment for an atypically designed track of the crane track, etc.
