1-girder bridge crane 6.3t / 22.8m. This lifting device is intended to use for handling of steel blanks on the production line for concrete panels working at a global manufacturer. As a lifting mechanism is used wire rope hoist Stahl type SHF5016-40 4/1 L3. All movements of this crane are controlled by frequency invertors delivered by the company Nord. As a remote control is used type HBC Eco which is equipped with two additional buttons for controlling the traverse as a special gripping device. The traverse is powered by a cable reel produced by the company Hartmann&König type LT180. Because the end user promotes the concept of predictive maintenance, this crane is equipped with a control unit that enables easy detection of operating data, load cycles, remaining lifetime, etc. The power supply is provided by the enclosed conductor bar Fels.
