The newly delivered overhead crane replaced the original crane, which has already ceased to meet the customer's technological requirements. The new crane is equipped with a 32t main lift and 20t auxiliary lift. Crane span is 24.3m and lifting height 7m.

For the main and auxiliary hoists are used components STAHL. As the main hoist is used type ASF 7080 and type SHF 6050 is used as the auxiliary hoist. Both lifting speeds are controlled by frequency inverters and they are also equipped with function ESR ( Extended Speed Range ). This solution allows to the customer increase the lifting speed according to the current load.

The crane is equipped with a display of the suspended load. Under the bridge there are 6 pieces of modern LED lights to illuminate the workplace under the crane. An anti-collision system is installed as a protection against mutual approach with the neighbor´s crane.

The part of the whole delivery was also enclosed conductor rail Fels 200A, which is used as a main power supply for newly delivered crane and also for the existing neighboring crane. The travelling distance is 115 meter using feeding point in the middle.
