Delivery of stationary hoists for a 40t / 5t / 16m bridge crane that handles metallurgical semi-finished products in the rolling mill of ironworks. The operation of this crane is characterized by a heavily dusty environment with vibrations and local thermal stress in the form of radiant heat. A Stahl type ASF7100-20 4/1 L4 hoist was used for the main lift and the hoist used for the auxiliary lift is a Stahl type SHF5025-20 2/1 L3. Both lifting mechanisms are equipped with electrical components for an operating voltage of 500V. The lifting height is 18m and the lifting speed is regulated by changing the frequency. Both machines are equipped with a manual release of the operating lift brake, and the 40t main lift also has a holding brake installed on the rope drum.
