The power supply for a crab of a telescopic crane produced by the company Nopo Engineering. The travel length of the cat is 19.3 m with central feeding point. The plastic chain PKK 228 is used for power supply and contains shielded and unshielded cables, including Profinet cable. Two vertical steel energy chains type SLP321 are used for vertical power supply of telescopic forks. One is placed by bending radius down and the other by bending radius up. Stabilisation usually needed for this kind of application is in these case not used to achieve small installation dimensions. The lifting height is 2.4 m and the cables inserted in the chains transmit both the power supply, the control signals and Profinet data.
