Energy supply of a bridge crane with a total load capacity of 4t (2t + 2t) with an enclosed conductor bar Fels. All movements of the crane are equipped with stepless speed control using Nord frequency converters. The crane is characterized by a high lifting speed (12.5 m / min) and to achieve the required high transporting capacity is equipped with atypical drives with higher power and reduced acceleration and deceleration time. The end user focused high manipulation performance and reliability. That´s why was used enclosed conductor bar Fels 40A ( 64A / 100%ED ). The conductor bar is characterized by a double casing and extremely rigid profile and high-quality guidance of the collector brushes in the current collector, so therefore only one current collector could be used for this demanding application. The trolley includes switching fingers for limit switches - their extremely easy installation and quick adjustment save valuable time during assembly.
