The crane crab Stahl with a load capacity of 5t and lifting height of 12 m replaced the existing crane crab working on a bridge crane at the scrap yard. The general supplier of the entire equipment is the company KPC, which carried out the installation and commissioning. The crab can be equipped either with a hook or with a magnet. To meet the atypical requirements associated with the existing installation dimensions and at the same time high demands on the reliability of this lifting equipment, this crane trolley is modified - characterized by atypical track gauge, rope length with deadlift, high rope safety factor and modern electronic system preventing eg. rope loosening when working with magnets and handling scrap metal.
