A complete crane crab was replaced on a bridge crane working in a metallurgical foundry operation. The SLT company realized the mechanical part of the whole delivery from design to implementation, the electrical part including assembly and commissioning was realized by the company SAR Montáže s.r.o. The crab has a load capacity of 10t, classification M6 and a lifting height 12m. All movements are controlled by frequency converters with individually adjusted increased dynamics conditions. The lifting speed speed is 12.5 m/min and the travel speed is 32 m/min with a rise time of max. 2s. This application is characterized by high demands on the number of cycles and high dynamic loads. Therefore, the hoist Stahl is equipped with overwind protection a higher rope safety factor and a with a true vertical movement. A weighing system for technological purposes is installed on the bottom hook block of this lifting device. For data transmission needed for weighing system is used spring cable reel Hartmann with cable 4x2x26AWG being able transmit datas Ethernet. This spring cable reel is equipped with slip ring collector suitable transmit datas with a rate of 1 GBit/s. Another spring cable reel Hartmann with a cable 5 x 6 mm2 is used for energy supply of suspended magnets.
