The bridge crane with a total load capacity of 4t (2t + 2t) has a span of 18.5m. It is equipped with 2 stationary Stahl hoists, on which the crossbeam is suspended as a supporting element for transported steel semi-finished products. All movements are equipped with stepless speed control using Nord frequency converters. The crane is characterized by a high lifting speed (12.5 m / min) and to achieve the required high transporting capacity is equipped with atypical drives with higher power and reduced acceleration and deceleration time. The customer focused on stable handling in order to ensure the precise positioning of steel semi-finished products in the single-purpose machines of his production line. Therefore, the bridge of this crane is characterized by a very high rigidity and, in addition, hoists with a true vertical lift were chosen for this application. Because the customer develops the concept of predictive maintenance and monitoring of the remaining operational time, the hoists are equipped with updated multicontroller SMC22, which allow monitoring the operating parameters of the machine and constantly evaluate the remaining operational time. The crane is powered by an enclosed Fels conductor bar.
